New student enrollment is a 2 step process.

STEP 1:

Aeries On-Line Student Enrollment  allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a NEW student for school. Information about the student, such as, Emergency Contacts, Medical and Language information will be collected. 

The online process typically takes between 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may logout and resume the process at a later time by clicking the Login button and entering your account information.

To use the system:

  1. You must have a valid address within the Alameda Unified School District boundaries.
  2. You must have a valid email address. No email address? Google provides free accounts
  3. You may logout and resume the process at a later time by selecting the Login button.

 
STEP 2:

Once you have completed online enrollment you will schedule an Enrollment processing time
Currently, this step is completed with our Student Services staff via email.

  1. Schedule an enrollment processing time using our online calendar.
  2. Email all required documents to your enrollment specialist 5 days prior to your processing time. Enrollment specialist information is provided to you in the reminder email once you have scheduled your processing time.
